“Stella” is pleased after adjusting its strategy to combat challenges by revitalizing the project, redesigning the house models, and implementing new marketing approaches. Coupled with the benefits from the Bank of Thailand's relaxed LTV measures, the market has started to shift. The pre-sale event for the “Nova Lat Krabang-Suwinthawong” project, featuring single-story and two-story houses in a new Japanese style, generated over 243.2 million baht in sales, pushing total sales beyond 300 million baht. Mr. Rongrit Thammasathit, Assistant CEO of the Real Estate Business Development Group at Stella X Public Company Limited (STELLA), expressed his satisfaction with the sales from the pre-sale event of the new Japanese-style houses in the Nova Lat Krabang-Suwinthawong project, which took place over two days (March 22-23), totaling 243.2 million baht. This brings the overall sales since the project's launch at the beginning of March to over 300 million baht, creating a phenomenon that has prompted the real estate sector to become more active again.

Mr. Rongrit stated, “Given the overall sluggish economy and various factors such as household debt and lending from financial institutions, the real estate market has continued to slow down. The new project, “Nova Lat Krabang-Suwinthawong,” is a development from the previous project (Na Rathon Suwinthawong) and is not yet a complete new DNA for Stella. The company has adjusted various strategies for project development and marketing to navigate through these challenging times. Additionally, the government's announcement of the 'Homes for Thais' policy has stimulated purchasing demand, and the temporary relaxation of LTV criteria as per the Bank of Thailand's announcement on March 20 has further boosted purchasing power. We also see that the market for horizontal housing, including single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes, has received positive feedback from customers who continue to have genuine demand for housing.

In light of the above situation, the company has planned and adjusted various strategies, including new product designs, and launched the pre-sale for the new project “Nova Lat Krabang-Suwinthawong” on March 22-23, which received a positive response from customers, achieving sales of 243.2 million baht on the event day. The cumulative sales since the project's launch have now exceeded 300 million baht. The Nova Lat Krabang-Suwinthawong project features both two-story and single-story homes on plots starting at 50 square wah, with usable areas starting at 84 square meters. It is conveniently located on Suwinthawong Road, easily accessible to complete amenities. With extensive experience in real estate development, the project is designed to accommodate the living needs of modern families, creating spaces that fulfill every function for everyone, enhancing happiness from today into the future under the concept of “Space For Tomorrow.”
